All apartments have been rented up to summer 2013. So we have no vacancies for the next academic year. Clark Street apartments are furnished efficiency apartments, total square footage is 400. All units include a large living/bedroom area with two large closets, a small kitchen area and a separate bathroom with a full-size tub/shower. The building is two blocks from the University of Illinois engineering quad. A maximum walking time of 15 minutes gets you to most academic buildings;there are several bus lines (see www.cumtd.com) for fast travel to anywhere on campus. The building is secured with key-access and an intercom system.
